Return & Refund Policy – SlopePaws™ Animal-Face Ski Masks

At SlopePaws™, every ski mask — from our ginger-cat hero to our husky, tiger, red-fox, and panda designs — is inspected before it ships so your mask arrives ready to turn heads on your first run. Because a ski mask is worn over your face and is hygiene-sensitive, we keep our policies clear, fair, and transparent.

🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has shipped. Once your SlopePaws™ mask has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please wait for delivery and, if applicable, follow the return instructions below. To request a cancellation, email us right away at help@slopepaws.shop with your order number.

🧾 Return Eligibility
Because these are face-worn masks, returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and free of any makeup, skin oils, odor, hair, or wear — in resellable condition. To qualify, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once a returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

📦 Opened Packages
Once a SlopePaws™ mask has been opened or worn, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons — unless it arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts. If your order arrives with an issue, contact help@slopepaws.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. Our team will review and provide a resolution.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your SlopePaws™ mask arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we'll work quickly to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full replacement or a refund when applicable. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
SlopePaws™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

🎿 AI Content Notice
Some of our marketing images and videos are created or enhanced using AI tools to showcase styling and concepts. Product photos of the actual item reflect what you receive. Colors, textures, print detail, and goggle-opening fit may vary slightly from screen to product.

📏 Sizing / Fit
SlopePaws™ masks are one-size, designed to fit most adults. The stretch fleece conforms to a wide range of head and face shapes and slides comfortably under most helmets and behind most goggles. Fit depends on your head size and how you like to wear it, so please keep that in mind before ordering.

🧼 Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Proper care keeps the print vivid and the fabric breathable run after run.
